Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the return shipping costs, and any returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Antique Reproductions & Distressed Furniture: A significant number of our items are 'antique reproductions' that have been deliberately distressed and aged to provide an authentic, vintage look. These design effects may include imperfections, fading, or other features that are part of the product’s aesthetic. We advise that you carefully review product descriptions and images, keeping in mind that colours may vary slightly from what you see on different devices or screens.

  • Assembly & Installation: If your item requires assembly, please ensure that you review the assembly instructions and parts list prior to installation. We cannot accept returns for items that have been improperly assembled or installed. We strongly recommend employing qualified professionals for the assembly or installation of our products.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

  • You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.
  • Please note, the time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or financial institution. Generally, refunds are processed and appear within 2-3 business days.
