Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, Diners Club and Discover. We take payment once you have completed our checkout process. We also accept payment by  Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay or Amazon Pay. If you decide to use either of these three methods, you’ll be taken to either the PayPal or Amazon Pay website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.  

Is it secure to provide my payment information on your website?

Rest assured, our website uses top-tier payment gateway providers, ensuring the security of your banking and card details throughout the transaction process.

Where is my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

  • You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.
  • Please note, the time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or financial institution. Generally, refunds are processed and appear within 2-3 business days.

Non-refundable items: Some items are non-refundable, including

  • Opened or used products
  • Gifts

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account to take advantage of any referal or reward schemes. You will also be able to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit Create or Login to your account and follow the instructions on-screen.

Having issues with placing an order online?

Providing all the relevant information about the goods your trying to order and quantity and we will be able to create your order and securely take your payment over the phone. Order and payment confirmation will still be sent over to you.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at info@jahvauns.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, if your order has come through with a high-risk order notification or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

At Jahvauns, we pride ourselves on delivering a seamless shopping experience and processing your orders as quickly as possible.

If you wish to cancel your order, you have up to 1 hour from the time of purchase to submit a cancellation request. During this window, we will happily process a full refund with no penalties.

After the 1-hour grace period, your order will move into the processing and production stage, and we are unfortunately unable to cancel or modify the items in your order. However, we understand that circumstances can change, so if you need to update or correct your shipping address, we’ll gladly assist you as long as your order has not yet been dispatched.

When will my order arrive?

Usually, it takes 3 to 5 business days once in transit. However, some larger items may take longer. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently sell products in the United Kingdom, SCottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. We do not offer worldwide shipping as of yet.

How much is shipping?

Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. This offer applies to all eligible locations within our delivery service areas.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online via the carrier site or via our website here.

Are my personal details safeguarded on your website?

Absolutely. We prioritize the protection of your personal information and uphold strict privacy standards.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return or exchange your item to us, within 30 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. For more information please fill out of contact us form located on our contact us page with your order number as reference and reason for return or exchange.

How do I return an item?

Providing the return is within the 30-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, please contact our returns team at info@jahvauns.com to initiate the returns process.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

Pack the item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories if you included them.

Include the Return Authorization Number: Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure receipt of your return. Restocking Fee: We don't charge any restocking fee on our products.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with at least 2 clear photos or video of the damages. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including arranging a replacement or refund. 

Important Considerations: Antique Reproductions & Distressed Furniture: A significant number of our items are 'antique reproductions' that have been deliberately distressed and aged to provide an authentic, vintage look. These design effects may include imperfections, fading, or other features that are part of the product’s aesthetic. We advise that you carefully review product descriptions and images, keeping in mind that colours may vary slightly from what you see on different devices or screens.

If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached.
