At Maison Jahvauns, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll make the process as straightforward as we can.
Cancelling Before Dispatch
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact our Customer Care Team and we will cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
There is no cancellation fee for a standard order cancelled before dispatch.
We begin preparing orders promptly, so contacting us as early as possible gives us the best opportunity to stop your order before it leaves the warehouse.
If Your Order Has Already Been Dispatched
If your order has already been dispatched when we receive your cancellation request, we may no longer be able to stop the delivery.
You can still request a return in accordance with our 30-day Return & Refund Policy, subject to the eligibility conditions set out there.
Your statutory cancellation and consumer rights also remain unaffected. For most eligible online purchases, consumers have a statutory cancellation period beginning when the goods are received, subject to certain exceptions.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
If you decide not to continue with your pre-order before it has been dispatched, contact our Customer Care Team and we will refund the amount paid to your original payment method.
Restock and dispatch dates are estimates and can occasionally change. If there is a significant change to the expected availability of your order, we’ll keep you informed.
Address Changes
If you need to correct or update your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible.
We will always try to make the change before dispatch. Once an order has entered the delivery network, however, we may no longer be able to amend the delivery address.
