The Alaric Large 220cm Natural Oak Wood Display and Storage Cabinet is designed for rooms that need serious storage with a strong architectural presence. Four glass-fronted upper doors create generous space for dinnerware, books and display pieces, while four solid lower doors keep everyday items neatly concealed.

At 220cm wide and 230cm high, Alaric brings the scale and usefulness of fitted storage into a freestanding cabinet, with natural oak grain and traditional metal hardware adding depth and character.

Materials & Finish

Alaric combines natural oak wood with tempered glass and structural plywood components, finished to highlight the grain and tonal variation of the timber. The upper section features framed glass doors for display storage, while the lower section uses solid-fronted doors for concealed storage. Traditional dark metal hardware provides contrast against the warm brown oak finish. As natural wood is used within the construction, variation in grain and colour should be expected.

Care & Longevity

Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth and clean the glass panels with a suitable glass cleaner applied to the cloth rather than directly onto the cabinet. Avoid abrasive products, harsh chemicals and excessive moisture. Wipe spills promptly and keep the cabinet away from prolonged direct sunlight and strong heat sources to help preserve the timber finish. Natural wood may respond slightly to changes in temperature and humidity over time.

Use the glazed upper section for dinnerware, books or collected objects, and reserve the lower cupboards for less decorative storage. Keep some shelf space open so the scale of the cabinet still feels balanced.
